Official Roster
Registration
To maintain high integrity and verification, all official entries, schools, staff, sponsors, and volunteers are registered internally by the ZSO Secretariat in coordination with the Ministry of Education.
No Public Self-Registration
There are no open public registration forms on this website. All scholars, instructors, sponsors, and volunteers are registered directly inside the secured Admin Workspace.
Information for Stakeholders
馃彨 Verified Schools & Instructors
Accredited schools and their two designated instructors are pre-registered by the Ministry of Education. Instructors can access their workspace to view their rosters.
馃帗 Participating Scholars
Instructors submit their 5 selected school scholars (JSS3 - SS3) directly to the Ministry of Education, who registers them internally.
馃 Sponsors & Partners
Sponsors are authenticated and registered by ZSO organisers upon approval of terms.
馃懃 Event Volunteers
Volunteer rosters are hand-selected and loaded directly by the Logistics Committee.
